Kaodim Direct Guarantee is only applicable for Weekly / Fortnightly Cleaning, and terms are as follows:
If Kaodim’s representatives conclude that the Service professionals are required to re-service, service professionals shall re-perform without charging any fees.
In order to be eligible for the Kaodim Guarantee, the Service User must submit the Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form:
(i) within thirty one (31) days of the date the Service request was submitted; and
(ii) within twenty four (24) hours from the date of the cleaning session where the Service User had an unsatisfactory experience.
The Kaodim Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarification, the Kaodim Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labour cost and does not apply to governmental taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.
Provision of this compensation is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Kaodim and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
