At Kaodim, we take the quality & professionalism of our service professional very seriously as our customer expect a good experience each time they hire through our platform. Therefore, in order to maintain such quality & expectation, we have a Kaodim Service Integrity System where service professionals can get suspended when:
1. They received 3 consecutive warnings from Kaodim.
2. The bad review service professional received requires immediate suspension e.g. customers claimed there are items damaged during the service. Kaodim reserve the right to suspend any service professional at any given time depending on the severity of a case.
3. Service professional will be suspended if they are found to have breached the terms & conditions set by Kaodim.
4. When the all time average rating of the service professional drop below average.
